Every pillow cover is made by me in my studio. I use only first quality designer home décor fabrics. My professional techniques include balanced placement of pattern, serging all seams for a finished look and inserting a heavy duty invisible zipper in the bottom seam. Id suggest that you fill my pillows with a down pillow form that is 2 inches larger than the finished measurement for a luxurious full look.

These covers are made to order. I do not accept returns. I highly recommend requesting a fabric sample prior to ordering a cover to ensure color and quality of fabric.
We use trusted third-party carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS, to ensure timely delivery. While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, unexpected delays due to external factors may occur.

1. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item please contact us within 30 days from the date you've received all your items.
2. The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.
3. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
4. Please make sure you don't include items not from Bettinao by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
5. If you provide incorrect recipient information, your package may be lost or returned and we will not be responsible. *Please make sure you enter the correct recipient information to avoid unnecessary trouble.
6. If you choose the wrong size due to personal reasons, please contact customer service forReturn and Refund Policyand provide pictures
7. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
